They cut channels regularly and do not provide refunds. When you go online, you get a bot who says they will email you but they do not. You cannot call and get a hold of anyone. I would rank them zero. You should avoid all business with this company as they offer a lineup, take your money for 3 months, and will not refund any of it. They cut NBC the day after they charged me $320 so I lost all that.
It was good to have access to the Disney channels like ABC and ESPN but were disappointed when we got the charge for the first month of service after the free trial. We were charged $70.98 for the first introductory month instead of the expected $54.99 as listed in your advertising of the Fubo free trial. I have screenshots of the add showing the expected charge of $54.99 if you would like them. This could be considered a case of false advertising since it shows the expected charges for the first month for the Pro, Elite and Latino subscriptions. No where in the add does it show the additional charges for regional sports network access. I called customer support and after talking with Angelo it was clear that this charge could not be refunded and the only choice was to change the plan to the Elite subscription after the first month. As a result of this deception I have cancelled our subscription.
Overall experience with the streaming service itself has been great. Support as well. The reason that I am rating a 2/5 is because Fubo verified that there is no proactive account protection as far as verifying whether a charge for an add-on like pay-per-view is authorized or if it should be denied. The best that they can currently do is for billing to issue refunds if the pay-per-view event has begun. A representative of Fubo expressed that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. There must be a way for the main account holder to opt-in to allowing all pay-per-view transactions to automatically go through with the default setting being main account holder or sub-profile users needing to verify information for it to go through. I'd suggest verifying by manually re-entering parts of the payment information including the expiration date.
My 11 year old had accidentally clicked a few one too many buttons and purchased a DAZN add on. I quickly canceled the add on and reach out to Fubo support for a refund. I dealt with Andrei and Jeffrey, both of which were polite and straightforward. My situation was resolved under 30 minutes. Super pleased
Signing up for Fubo was easy. I liked the channels. Our current service had lost shows with Disney. We had decided to check out Fubo which looked like a good group of channels. However, about 10:30 an announcement came up that YouTube tv and Disney had settled differences. We will stay with YouTube tv for a while until the next disagreement. Then we may move to Fubo.
