I would give it negative if I could…

I would give it negative if I could signed up for free trial and nothing works like it should can't pause or fast forward or rewind and on too if that I canceled same day as signed up for it and it has a privacy request where it will remove all your personal information but that dose not even work needs email for verification but will not let me enter my email address worst app I have ever tried

Fubo is very deceptive!…

I recently switched to Fubo from YouTube TV since Disney hence ESPN pulled away from them. I got Fubo’s sports plan which showed that it provided both ESPN and ABC. This past weekend the game I wanted to watch(and the sole reason I got the service) was on ABC. But alas, Fubo blocked it saying I needed to upgrade and pay $60 more per month to view this game. I’m sure there is some fine print somewhere that says they can block any game the want, but think that is pretty bad to say they cover a certain network but then do a bait and switch!!!!

I had a problem with the lineup on my Fubo account to watch the local TV stations and after a chat with Lloyd, he sent it to higher up and it was fixed immediately. Great work.

Bad first experience with FUBO...

FUBO has been bad billing experience overall. During the YouTube TV dispute with ESPN/ABC i signed up for FUBO package that was supposed to be $74.95. I was excited about the prospect of dropping you Tube TV all together but then I got billed for $98. I called & was told this was b/c of additional $15 service fee that was mentioned in separate place on website. I was also charges for sports package that i thought was supposed to be incl based on the wording of the plan i got the 2nd month i was charged $129 but did get $15 credit for total of $115. When i called I was told they could not credit anything back to me so i cancelled. FUBO is $45 higher for the same sports channels i get with YouTube TV (now that their dispute is settled). In my opinion FUBO, Hoodwinked me for 2 months by charging a lot more than i was supposed to be charged, then would not refund anything despite me cancelling. At the very least they did not adequately reveal ALL charges in a place that was easy to find
