I have no problems with the representative, but I do have a problem with the company of that produces Fubo. We have this on two TVs in our house. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I have no problems with Fubo on the one in the living room, however the one in the bedroom has not worked Since the beginning. We have called Samsung, Costco, and Fubo to get the problem fixed, and it still is not fixed. I should also mention that the TV in the bedroom is less than a year old. I have to almost sign in brand new every day just to be able to watch Fubo. Please, help me with this problem as I do not believe I should be paying my monthly payment to Fubo when the outcome is not right.
I had a problem with my account. I had 2 emails listed for the account. I was not using the correct email for my account. The customer service team helped me by telling me what email was in effect. After that, everything worked great! Thanks so much!
Channels are great. We signed up for the trial, but my husband decided he wanted NFL Sunday ticket, so we went with YouTube. We cancelled the trial, but they still charged our credit card. It is impossible to get a human being on the phone, in chat or on an email. So we have to eat the ~$65 they charged us. Thye lost my confidence, and not only will I not ever go back - but I'll also never say a good word about the service.
Fubotv it's just another rip-off app as my lover and I sat to watch the Minnesota Vikings versus the 49ers on a local channel in Philadelphia CBS we found out that they removed CVS's programming so that we cannot watch the game. I'm paying $97 a month and they took away a local channel that's airing football because I'm not paying extra extra for it? This is the problem with the fat ass white and black politicians that are getting elected on our dime and don't do anything to help anybody white corporation has been running America since covid. Now that the nation's falling apart and being taken over by all kind of people coming in through the southern border, another thing Carmela Harris knows nothing about, I think it's time that all the states start to tear apart the federal government and fire all these people who have hundreds of jobs and do absolutely nothing for the money they earn. I'm tired of buying app after app after app after app after app after I after I only to have to buy another app. They take all the movies even old ones from the '70s and they put them on other apps that you have to subscribe to and pay money we're being charged literally for every single movie that you would want to see and all the other movies coming in from India and China and all them movies that suck nobody wants to see. $97 a month for what???
I signed up for 7 days. The website said they would notify me when the trial period was up. They never did. On the 8th day charged me a month’s service. I hoped fubo would work for me, but between my internet and their service, the picture was blurry and was constantly buffering. I was not impressed with their lack of transparency - saying one thing and doing another. Lesson learned. I won’t be back.
Still charged?Garbage service and even worse customer service. I cancelled the subscription, and they still pulled $350 from my account. Overseas support who read straight from a script, don't listen to your concerns, and tell you there's nothing they can do. Do not give these people your card information. They will do everything to steal your money, as shown by the countless other very similar reviews. Just don't do it - they won't even have the game you want. Fraud, fraud, FRAUD.
