Fubo tv will steal your money with their negative billing practice thought I had cancelled subscription on the app then just got charged for another year contacted them immediately and was refused any compensation due to them hiding behind small print just another scumbag greedy pig company who couldn't care less about people be careful.

Fubo sucks

Only way to watch my MLB team today is on Fubo or Roku, another one of those f’ing greed deals to promote streaming services. I pay a lot for cable and other streaming services, but the fix is in. Fubo “free trial” takes a cc card so if you forget to cancel, you pay $90 a month. Fubo is worst streaming service I’ve ever had the displeasure of viewing. When it works, it’s low-def with awful resolution, but most of the time it freezes then crashes. Don’t blame my provider; every other app streams just fine. Fubo, IMHO, is a worthless scam of a site. Don’t know how they stay in business.

The thing is always loading. All damn day and night long. 100 a month for this. Can’t reach anyone with a pulse or any sort of mental capacity it sucks. Looking for something else Ron???? Just what I thought. Clueless

NOT good for sport fanatics

Signed up, despite the ridiculously high cost, $80 a month, to watch and record and watch the Euros football/soccer and the Copa America. Recordings started late, halfway through the studio going through teams’ starting line-ups etc. The worst was the Copa America final, it goes to extra time, Argentina 1-0 up, two minutes or so left and BANG end of recording, thanks for coming, don’t forget your hat….and to check Google about how the match ended!! The Olympic coverage is equally garbage, chopping and changing between live events etc.

Great product

Great product, but your web site is a bit misleading. FUBO does NOT work on older Samsung TV’s ….. will not load. Your Web site fails to warn potential custom. I had to buy 2 Apple TV’s in order to hook up. Also your $79.00 package as advertised turned into a $100 per month fee as the local sports channels all of a sudden became an “add on” charge when my “free” trial was over. This was also NOT what I thought according to the Web site. All in all though, I am very satisfied so far…..as long as there are no more “add on” surprises.

I'm extremely disappointed with Fubo TV's corporate policies, which prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I forgot to cancel my free trial in time, and Fubo TV's inflexibility made it impossible to get a refund.Reminders were sent to my proton.me email account, which I don't check daily. This highlights a major flaw in their system: the lack of a secondary email option. Allowing customers to add an alternate email address would ensure timely notifications and prevent situations like mine.The virtual chat box on their site indicated I was eligible for a refund but didn't provide a clear deadline. Fubo TV's inflexibility and lack of consideration for individual circumstances have led to this disappointing experience. It's clear that customers are not their top priority. I caution others to be aware of these policies before signing up.Updated: August 6, 2024:If I had been allowed to add a secondary email address, it would have been my primary email address, which I check regularly. This would have ensured that I received timely notifications, and I would have been able to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended. This lack of empathy reveals a narcissistic approach to customer service, prioritizing the company's interests over customer satisfaction.Your apology rings hollow when you don't take the time to thoughtfully address the specific issues I've raised. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Fubo TV.
