Unreliable local network access

I've been extremely dissatisfied with FuboTV's service. Their geolocation software is a complete and utter failure. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was consistently unable to access the local sports network.The initial fix was a temporary Band-Aid solution that quickly fell off. Days later, I was back to square one, forced to contact tech support yet again. This cycle of temporary fixes and repeated calls is unacceptable.FuboTV's attempt to shift blame onto my ISP was not only insulting but also inaccurate. My ISP has been providing the same geolocation data for the duration of my service without any issues.To add insult to injury, FuboTV refused to offer any compensation or refund for the services I was unable to receive. Despite paying for a service that did not deliver on its promise, they were unwilling to make things right.I strongly advise anyone considering FuboTV to think twice. Their unreliable geolocation software, poor customer service, and lack of accountability make them a company to avoid.

I have been a customer for over a year

I have been a customer for over a year. First of all, I will say that this is the best provider with whom I have EVER been associated. The product is exceptional, as is the service. EVERY TIME I have had a need to ontact customer service, the on the other end has been amazingly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I can tend to get agitated if something doesn't seem to be working properly, This last time, I was losing it because I was watching the FEDEX final round and I wasnt able to use the replay properly (it wouldn't go back and forth, stop and start, etc.). The customer service rep respectively, and caringly, got me calmed down, saying he would take care of it. As it turned out, the problem was NOT caused by FUBO, rather the fault of my very expensive Sony TV. He directed me on how to get it corrected I have recommended Fubo to many of my friends and give FUBO the highet rating possible to attain.

Their free trial is disguised as free, but it's essentially 7 days attached to the month you'll be paying for up front. Read the fine print.

Be careful with the 7 day free trial

Be careful with the 7 day free trial. I signed up for one, cancelled before the 7 days were up, but got charged for a months subscription even though I never OK'd it. Now FUBO refuses to refund my credit card after contacting customer service. How they justify charging me $73. for a free trial is beyond me and it certainly isn't right.

I am being charged f08312024or service even though I called and canceled within 2 hrs ...the representative ASSured me that I would NOT be charged I have contacted my credit card company and started a dispute of the charges

The servicer was very accommodating

The servicer was very accommodating. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I had an account with you several months ago for a free preview. I decided to stay with cable. I signed in as I was thinking about dropping cable again. You automatically activated me and charged my credit card. And, for the services I needed, it was more costly than You Tube TV. I guess you cannot buy into your base plan without signing up for the sports package as well.
