Been using Furbo for 2+ years now. It’s been fine, but recently we’ve noticed a new feature. When our pets bark, the Furbo plays music.. I don’t know what science is behind the music but it’s worked 10/10 of the time with him.. he’s a super anxious pup and I’m extremely amazed and happy this is the only thing working for him to calm himself down!!
A legitimate email from FUBO indicated that my credit card was declned for my monthly payment. My credit card company, however, showed there was never a charge from FUBO this month. The problem was on FUBO's side. I called, the technician escalated it when he could not resolve it. My credit card company notified me of the sucessful charge a few hours later.The only negative, was the difficulty getting to a HUMAN to talk to. The AI chat was no helpat all. Please make it easier to talk to a customer service tech.
I canceled my trial (which never even went through) yet have been charged every month. Horrible customer service and treat people with complete disrespect. Criminal to take people's money without thier permission!I canceled my trial immediately on the day I tried to sign up. I was told it never went through and I did not have an active account. I was assured it was all set and I would not be charged. One month later I was charged $70.17. I called Fubo and they said to report it to my bank as fraud. I did that and went through the hassle of changing all of my auto payments to my current card. Two months later I was charged $102.07. I called Fubo and they said they would cancel my account. Thanks but I NEVER had an account! I never signed up, never had a trial, never gave permission to charge my card.
I had signed up for fubo, but was immediately realizing this was not for me, an older woman. It was difficult to find my computer illiterate way to a human rep to cancel. But once I did, the rep was just great. She assured me I had not fully subscribed.
I would have kept the service, but I didn’t want to pay the additional $11.00 for the sports package, which I don’t watch.I understand the psychology of your price, but if you can't separate the channels, then just charge a total.
Signed up for a 14 day free trial and $20 off the Elite price of $89.99 for 1st month. Instead I received 7 days free trial and no discount. Customer service told me prices change all the time and said they would cancel. No help
I signed up for an advertised 30 day free trial. They changed the terms of this agreement and charged me after 4 days. I keep getting canned responses that “our terms are clearly stated” as though 8 point font in TOC is equivalent to multiple 28 point font banners promising a trial period that is significantly longer. This is a scammy bait and switch tactic and I sincerely hope a class action lawsuit is in the offing. Is a bad look when a business is the one telling the one telling its potential customers “caveat emptor.”
