Our friends have also had problems with FUBO.TV

We have had poor customer service with Fubo.TV. We now know we are not alone. We have friends that have also had terrible customer service with Fubo.TV. They were misled and lied to. Fraud. They should be put out of business.

At first it was scarry to think my card was bad. But after FUBO stepped in with help. having to go online to speak to someone was ok but not a fast way to do it. But when said it was done.

Fubo said the game was being aired .. signed up to find out only on radio... Cancelled subscription and still got charged over 200$, no customer service at all

Terrible Customer Service

I accidentally ordered the Spanish speaking Fubo streaming service. Of course I immediately realized my mistake when I tried to use the service. I immediately canceled the service, only to receive a email stating that Fubo will not refund my charge, but I could continue to use the service for a month. Wonderful!!! continue to use a service in a language that I do not speak. I tried to call customer service and was NEVER able to talk to a customer service rep.
