Review Time
I signed up for a 7 day free trial with FuboTv. I canceled the free trial on day 7 after all the difficulties I had when trying to cancel my free trial. I searched and searched the website on how to cancel. Must have been intentional... but, I have proof of the cancelation and fubotv still charged me $130.86 I called and spoke with the customer service representative and he kindly told me that he saw were I canceled my service. He apologized for the inconvenience. I was told I would be getting a full refund. It's been over 10 days and as of today I have not been refunded. I have been emailing and requesting my money back, and they still won't give me my money back. The service was not all that great. I only got it to watch football, and the season is now over. I will never use fubotv again. I Do Not recommend them. RUN away as fast as you can! I would have given 0 stars but they don't have that as an option??? Also the free trial is a SCAM for them to charge your card even after you canceled the service with them. Smh...
The help I got from Ivan with change I wanted to my account was easy and very courteous. The only problem (very minor) is the lag time when going from the guide to the programming I picked and the other way around. Basically it's any time you are do a programming change. Just slightly annoying.Other than that I love the service.
Be very careful,I would not recommend trying the so-called "free 7 day trial". I cancelled with time to spare on the 7 days and a few days later noticed a charge from fuboTV for $94.32 for the next month of service. I called fuboTV "customer service" two different times and was told "we do not give refunds". I have the emails they sent starting and ending the 7 day trial,so going to take them to small claims court as a matter of principle.
