I find Fubo impossible to deal with! I sighed up for a 7 day free trial on 1-27-24 and tried to cancel on the next day and I was informed that only 2 days remained on my trial after only about one day. I could not get Fubo on my new ( 1.5 year) Sony smart tv even after a Fubo rep tried to help me. They never sent me an email to erase my personal information( when they say email sent") Phone contact is next to impossible! The entire experience has been a nightmare
Response to my request was quick. I had constant buffering with Fubo, while there was no problem with Prime, Netflix and Peacock apps. After my initial call, a few minutes later I received another call. This lady made sure I had done what I could do - unplug and reboot the TV, the Apple TV 4K and modem, uninstall and reinstall the Fubo app. She then said she referred the problem to the technicians. My problem disappeared less than an hour later. I didn't even have to reboot my devices and relaunch the Fubo app. Great service!!!! It's also great that Fubo has people who speak English!!!
I use Fubo to view PAC12 sports, but find picture quality compared to directv sports is very poor. Again I will cancel Fubo as soon as BB is done. Fubo is not competitive I’ve tried to fix it. Have full gb from router. Lots of what they call piculation. All my other purchased apps work great.
