When I signed up, I was told IN WRITING that I would only be charged $34.61/month until I cancel! I was charged over $100 each month. I tried to work with them to settle it. They refused, even though it is in writing. They blamed it on a computer error. It is classic bait and switch! Wish I could give 0 stars. They just replied with another line! I contacted them EVERY MONTH MULTIPLE TIMES FOR 3 MONTHS about this situation. Liars, cheats and BAIT AND SWITCH.
I lost the ability to get the CNBC channel . Which was never an issue before. For three days your tech team worked hard to trouble shoot the problem. It was great talking to REAL people on the phone!!!!The channel is now working.Thank you
I signed up for a free trial. Before the trial ended I tried to cancel the account but there were problems with my email address and the cancellation was not processed. When I received a charge I called to make sure the account was cancelled. I was told that it was no problem and was transferred to a automated assistant that cancelled the account but left the $68.98 monthly charge. I disputed the charge with my bank and was initially given a credit by my bank only to have it reversed later when the dispute failed. I never used the service after the trial period. TV service was fine but the FUBO TV website is difficult to navigate and customer service was not helpful. Will not try it again.
