The FUBO service is literally…

The FUBO service is literally unwatchable. Resolution is horrible, stops and starts and quits through out a recorded game, movie, show or episode. I have not been able to watch most of the content I have recorded on their service. Everything is low, early 1970 TV resolution quality - usually much much worse. Sports games wouldn't play and also had stops, starts, wait finding your content notices and then just shuts down. In the middle of a game!!! Finally gave up. Through out the past several weeks it has been awful. Really unwatchable. On top of that, for most of the viewing over the past couple of years it has been barely viewable.

Fubo TV will steal your money

Fubo TV is a massive rip off and their customer service outright lied to me. I have screenshots showing a free trial but I was charged $95 and they refuse to refund me. Avoid at all costs.

The agent that help me was good he help resolve my current issue. However we don't like the new format of your service we are currently looking into another service. Fubo was very good when first became users but feel it has gone down hill lately .Mark

Stay away from FUBOTV

I use a small local bank and autopay for Fubo. My cc transaction was "pending" and Fubo cut off my service. Called the bank and they said the transaction was fine. Called Fubo and they said the cc was cancelled. The payment cleared and I was left with a $113 debit and NO service. Phone system is a MESS no-one could explain why or fix it. Must say the signup was with Roku but I blame Fubo who has partnered with them. Stay away from FUBOTV

Would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Signed up for a 4 month plan to save some money but after cancelling after about 30 days, I never received a pro rated refund. After months of trying to get a refund for a service that I cancelled, Fubo told me that I was not entitled to a refund according to their policies. So when you sign up at Fubo, if your unsatisfied with their streaming service be prepared to pay for it whether you like it or not! Filing a report with the Maine Attorney General's office to report their unethical practices.

I am not a big fan of the new UI

I am not a big fan of the new UI. I understand you want to make the experience better and you are trying - but please don't try to be like everyone else - I liked your old UI because it WAS different and better. The thing that stands out the most right now is with the listing of shows to be recorded - it lists every single episode of every show in a never ending list. Your old UI grouped the episodes of the same shows in folders making it a much cleaner, easier experience - please go back to that!As an afterthought I decided to add a request to start carrying the History channel. Currently I have to pay another streaming service for their content.

The agent answered my question.I don't like the fact Fubo doesn't carry TBS/TNT or WGN. TBS is critical to sport fans ( NCAA Basketball and baseball Playoffs ) Right now You tube is better buy. I'm a stakeholder so only reason I've not switched
