We have been trying for almost a month…

We have been trying for almost a month to get our local stations back. For some reason they went for our zip code in Iowa to Virginia. We first tried Fubo customer service at the very beginning. He did not seem to care. Ivan had it resolved in about 5 minutes! Thank you, Ivan!

I was transferred around several times…

I was transferred around several times you got transferred to an account specialist named Adrian he was very understanding of the situation I tried to cancel after my child. But still got charged for a month service this time of the year is especially hard with Christmas coming up and my daughter's birthday is 4 days after so finances are tight this time of year so I needed a refund Adrian was very helpful even apologize for the several transfers and was expedient about processing the refund and informative about how long it could take given the situation the customer service I received was great and when I do decide to obtain a streaming service fubo will definitely be the first that I sign up for knowing that if I have a problem the customer service will be on top of it way to go and making it a great experience in a difficult situation thank you Adrian
