I am really impressed with your products presentation on the website. By following your size guide I ordered several items. I cannot yet rate the quality of your products until I actually receive them and put them on.I cannot yet rate the shipping process as I have not received my order yet.Once received I will most definitely provide an honest review. And being a Dragon enthusiast I found your selection of products with dragons fantastic.
The shopping experience is BEAUTIFUL! There are SOME good products as ad. However, I dread (though hoping for a better result this time) what I might receive. This is my third order, ONLY to take advantage of discount from previous order and replace items paid for but never received. My second order was rather large, not yet receiving firs order. First required a size change, but costly to return to China, therefore a discount to keep. Second order took extremely long to arrive. What was supposed to be soft chanel wool-like sweaters, turnout to be printed hoodies and long sleeved sweatshirts. Out of 21 items, 16 were received. Now requesting for uncertain refund. Another discount was offered, but doesn't really work for undelivered merchandise unless you spend even more money. Hoodies were nice quality, but not what advertised or ordered. Sweatshirts were okay, but again not what was advertised (thick sweater material). RETURNS &/or REFUNDS are NOT a simple process.
Yet another Chinese crap company that passes itself off as a legitimate business. All you have to do is look at their copy and pasted photos, their mission statements, their statements on DEI and sustainability, their terms of use. All of it is copied from legitimate designers and companies. This isn't even TEMU worthy crap, it's much worse. Don't ever buy from a website without looking to see where they are located. China does this constantly, and they change names frequently. Only YOU can prevent yourself from being a victim. Their MO is collecting your money. Once you receive the crap, and find it is indeed crap, they will tell you that you have to ship it back yourself. To China. That price is often more than the items are worth. If that doesn't get rid of you, they will offer you a token refund, often pennies on the dollar, and they will "generously" let you keep the crap you spent a lot of money on. The quality is so poor, you would be embarrassed to donate it. Don't be a victim!
I ordered 3 t-shirts. The site claimed that the order was not placed, so I reordered. I received both orders 3 weeks apart. The shirts were not as seen on the site. Weird shiny fabric! I have been trying to return them and get a refund ever since! I was repeatedly offered a coupon to keep the shirts. Why would I want more of what I want to return! They acted like I was being unreasonable in wanting a return and my money back.They do not communicate with you. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered three boho-style blouses that appear waist length, gauzy linen look, with beautiful embroidery. I got one blouse that appears to be thick rayon with a print on the fabric, and two very long items that go to my knees and the material feels thick and kind of waxy. I paid more for these items than I typically would, expecting items I would love to wear. Complete misrepresentation of their product and a waste of money.
Can you give a company a zero star? The products do not in any way resemble the photos Funbibi uses to advertise. And customer service should be called customer dis-service. You will never get a person who can be of any real assistance - they will give no phone number or address to which to send returns. Instead they pull the bait and switch of offering a partial STORE CREDIT and tell you to keep the product. I am still trying to get Funbibi to do what is right - 90 days later. Utter hogwash and utter fraud.
The website is easy to navigate. The clothes appear to be linen or cotton. Embroidery looks beautiful. What you get is something totally unlike to picture. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I thought about returning but other reviews indicate it is impossible to get your money back!
