Funbibi offers a unique collection of clothes and jewelry that I return to time and time again for myself and for friends and family. It's easy to find what I'm looking for, or to browse through new additions and styles. Ordering is very customer-friendly. I've never had an issue with either my orders or the quality of my purchases. In all, shopping at Funbibi is my go-to when I'm looking for something different. Highly recommended!
Funbibi is a criminal fraud operation. I ordered 3 dresses, pictured and advertised as cotton/linen, form fitting to the bodice from posted lovely pictures. What I received did not match what I ordered in any way, shape or form. The dresses sent are cheap polyester plastic fabric that hang like sacks. It looks like they pulled these out of a land fill dump somewhere. I demanded a paid return authorization and full credit. Funbibi refused, stating I would have to pay to return the items to them. I looked at their contact information on my credit card statement and called the phone number provided. It was a stolen phone number to a private residence. The woman who answered stated that she did not know how this company stole her phone number, but she was being bothered with calls from their disgruntled customers. In addition, the address posted was a misspelled fake street name, no city, posted somewhere in Colorado. It turns out Funbibi is in China. They refuse to provide ANY customer service at all. Their email responses never have a name signed. They just try to offer a discount on a future purchase as compensation for the first fraud order. Now, I am stuck with this garbage that I did not order. I have filed a criminal complaint against this company with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, the IC3: their submission address can be found on the internet.I encourage all of you that were ripped off by Funbibi to do the same. If 0 stars was an option, that is the rating they would get from me. This company needs to be shut down.
Ugliest clothes ever. Photos depict embroidery and 3 dimensional look. No! Flat, ugly. Looks like an iron on patch on polyester. Not fit to wear to the barn. Delivery shoved in the weeds under the gate. Learned a lesson. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.
Funbibi photography of their goods are NOT, I repeat NOT what you receive. Ordered a boho dress with appliqued flowers and embroidery, and got a dress one size on top ,and another on bottom, that was nothing but a poorly PAINTED piece of crap, even the material itself. They got my 48.00 but I didn't even bother to try to return it. LIVE and learn, what you think you see, is certainly not what you get from them.
