I love ❤️ the style of your clothing. I won't be sure of the quality until it arrives. I can't wait for them to be delivered. I was disappointed that your info told me my shipping would be free. But when I made my payment I was charged for shipping. So that's where my 10% savings went 🤔
The moment I saw the products your company offered, I was highly excited and interested. Most of the clothing that I see online is generically the same. The products you offer are different in that each piece is artistically appealing. Watercolor, embroidery, and mixing patterns, images, and colors make your products interesting to look at and very appealing to the senses. I cannot wait to get my first order.
UPDATE! I received my clothing order after waiting 2 months. I wish I would have looked at reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered. Clothing listed as Cotton and Linen with embroidery in the description is all a lie. Cheap polyester fabric, poorly printed to look like embroidery. Ugliest, nastiest women's tops I've ever see, I won't even give to Goodwill. Plus one item was missing completely, not that I care. Support at Funbibi asked me to send a photo to illustrate my concerns. Really? They know what their fabric and printing is. I feel cheated and want others to know before they make the same mistake.I gave 4 stars because I have not received my orders yet. I am impressed with Funbibi's website. The clothing styles and options are awesome. I appreciate that you list the fabric content and sizing chart for each individual item, very helpful. I understand with the number of photographs involved you do not show the backsides or cuff details. This would be very helpful in making a choice decision. Your models are gorgeous.Funbibi does not include reviews on their website. After writing the above review I saw shocking reviews from customers who actually received clothing from them! I considered filing a complaint with PP to stop my payment and cancel my order but I decided to see for myself when and if my order arrives. I will give them the benefit of a doubt, but am not feeling good about this company.
Please do not buy from this company! Not only are the pictures from the website/app unrepresentative of what you get, they do not take your return. First they wanted pictures of the dresses that I bought in order to return them. They then offered a "coupon" - like I really want more of their horrible clothes! When I refused that, they had to send my "case" to the returns department, pending a lengthy process. I have emailed them numerous times since and they finally told me that there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with 2 dresses that I would not gift to my worst enemy.
