As many others have stated, not as shown. Cheap polyester clothing, not cotton /linen as shown. Then requested return and they offered me a 30% credit for the store and I could keep the cheap pieces of shit. And I replied no I'd like a full refund and if you give me a return label I will return these to you. Which I got a response to that was a 40% credit for the store! At what point do you realize your shit is so bad that I am not going to take a coupon to your store? Still trying to haggle with them to get my money back!!
I ordered products from this company, and they did not match their appearance. The quality is AWFUL - Cheap polyester, my father may have worn in the 1970s. They also didn't deliver one of the items I ordered, a pair of socks. Because their records indicated that the "item was processed," they claimed it was delivered. I tried to return the other products, and they indicated the "new tariffs" would make it too expensive. The new tariffs had not been activated at that time. They offered to give me a 30% discount on my next purchase, which is never going to happen because the products are TERRIBLE. Avoid shopping from this company at all costs, and they don't abide by their return policies.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I bought three items from this scam of a store and spent about $82. I’m just as disappointed as everyone else with the quality of the clothing I got. It was not the linen material they advertise nor were any of the items embroidered. After multiple emails going back-and-forth, They told me it was too expensive to return the items to them, even though their website states that they would send a return label if the return was approved. There was no reason that my items should not be approved to be returned. First, they offered me 10% on my next order, then 20%, as if I would ever order anything from them again! I have filed complaints with both the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Everyone complaining should do the same.
I ordered three pieces from this company in preparation for a 1970's party. It took about a month to receive them and two of the three items were unrecognizable when compared to the online photos. The printing is blurry and very cheap-looking, and they were grossly oversized. I will NEVER order from this company again!
