Review Time
I encountered this site via an advertisement on YouTube and saw a beautiful knitted green sweater and decided to make the purchase.Three weeks later no package ,so I emailed them with the order number..no response .Two days later the sweater finally arrived, I opened it excitedly and felt like I got slapped in the face! No I’m not exaggerating, that’s exactly how I felt and yes it was that BAD.It was printed not knitted and grossly oversized..not even close to what was advertised and based on how many bad reviews I’ve now come across,I’m inclined to believe that this company takes delight in deceiving their customers.So I will be returning the item and HOPEFULLY will receive my refund.NEVER AGAIN! Update; As I said before FRAUDULENT…Would you believe that I am still waiting to hear back from their “Return department “ more than a month later, who in their right mind conducts business this way?? And I am talking about FUnbibi not Light in the box!
On April 11th 20 25 I purchased a swimming pool and they sent me to a website called Clara Santos from this website and now I can't get a hold of neither website Clara Santos don't exist anymore the web page is taken down and I can't even get my money back they been sent me a bogus tracking number that don't even exist
I had the same experience as many people. I thought I bought a shirt that was embroidered and when I got it, it was really cheap material and the embroidery that was in the picture was stamped on this cheap material. Their response was that they appreciated that I include the order number and pictures of the item as required, but should get back to them in 5-7 days, “as the return process is cumbersome.” “Cumbersome, blew my mind.”
