Do not buy from this company.Scammers... My star choice is zero We wanted to go to a medieval event found what we thought were the perfect knitted sweaters with decals,Instead we received printed knockoff on acrylic material, not knit. it's a scam when you go to return your item you get a song and dance about long returns due to ships coming from China. They offer a coupon on your next purchase because they indicate you will have to pay the shipping cost to return your item and after paying $40 for a $5 shirt, we are very disappointed.If you get them to respond you're the lucky ones we have seen where they drag people out with lack of response and then no response.
My experience deserves a negative 5 stars if that were allowed. The gorgeous Celtic sweater I ordered was described as "knotted" and "knitted." It turned out to be a cheaply made top that was simply a pattern printed on crappy material. A very clear case of false advertising. There were no return instructions so i emailed customer service. I played along when they requested i send photos, but then they replied "Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with it. Since all returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.Due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. Would you mind accepting a 10% discount coupon and keep the items?" Yeah, I'm never ordering from you again!
I ordered 2 VIKING compass coats. I received 2 hoodies. Basically the same pattern on the hoodies as the coats but not the coats I ordered. Like so many others they offer 10% discount on my next order. Why would I buy items from them again when they send terrible cheep items instead of what you ordered. They are still advertising my coats on their website. Also there are at least 7 other sites using the same pictures of the products they are selling. All sites have very low ratings. YouTube needs to get rid of these sites.
I ordered an item for my husband for Christmas. Shipping took longer than expected then when it arrived after Christmas it was nothing as expected. It was a cheap, shiny, screen print pull over shirt instead of the sweater we expected. Then when I asked about the return policy they requested pictures of the item then after receiving pictures they responded by telling me they would need to look into the return policy and it could be a long process and that they would get back to me. This has been going on since the middle of December of 2024 it is now January 15th 2025. I am frustrated and am now stuck with a terrible item we can not use and it seems I will not be given the option of returning the item or getting my money back. I Strongly advise anyone to shop elsewhere!
