The sweater I ordered from Funbibi was very poor quality and not at all like what was shown in the picture. When I asked for a refund, I was told the sweater would have to be shipped back to China, which would be very expensive. They offered me a 10% coupon on a future purchase. So for all purposes, they do not offer a refund or an exchange, and the quality of their merchandise is very poor.
Ordered A Sweater Recived Total Crap. It was a printed piece of polyester. They are still refusing to give me a refund stating I have to pay for shipping back to China as it will cost them too much. So, my career writing reviews begins...
The garments that look like heavy knit on their website are actually all-over prints on cheap synthetic fabric. Total garbage. I have requested a refund but am not holding my breath. Shameful, rancid misrepresentation....you WILL be extremely disappointed.
