Horrible product. Ordered a “western sweatshirt” which by the picture looked like a very nice sweater with leather patches on the elbows and leather collar. Nothing could be further from the truth. The “sweater” was actually made of a very uncomfortable thin, burlap material with the PRINTING of sweater weaving, including a print of the leather patches on the elbow. I repeat, they PRINTED weaving onto the material to make it look like a sweater. Nothing like the picture. It is uncomfortable, itchy, and the material doesn’t even stretch. Plus it’s not lined on the inside so wind blows right through the material. So it can’t even serve the purpose of keeping me warm!Plus I got an extra large that doesn’t quite fit right; it runs small.Just a horrible product!
My order of $140 was a complete scam - not one of the 6 garments I ordered was made of the promised cotton. One of the dresses didn't even arrive. The fabric was some sort of cheap synthetic. The prints were crude digital blurs. No possibility of refund was offered. I was told to send the clothing back to China at my expense. A discount on future clothes was offered, except that the delivered products were so awful that I wanted no further Funbibi products. A complete swindle. I'm surprised anyone had a satisfactory experience.
Website presents well. Won't know ANYTHING really until merchandise is received and isn't crap. Or late. Can't guess why your bots reversed the sequence of my name from what is correct in PayPal. Suggests to me that maybe to expect further inexplicable errors? Your survey is stupidly premature.
I strongly advise against doing any business with this company. I ordered clothing items from them over three weeks ago, and the experience has been a nightmare. They took my payment immediately, but after that, there was no information about my shipment.After 10 days of silence, I reached out to them, only to be told that my order was still "processing." It wasn't until a week ago (around three weeks after placing my order) that I was informed that my shipment had "partially shipped." Yes, that's right – they shipped only some of the items, and I still had to wait about 10 more days before receiving anything.To make matters worse, the items are shipped from China to the US, which involves additional delays due to customs clearance. In total, it took over three and a half weeks to receive part of my order, and I still haven't received everything I paid for.If you value your time and money, run away and don’t buy anything from this company. There are much better options out there without the hassle and frustration.
