Review Time
Ordered the Octopus graphic printed pants from the funbibi site. Didn't like them - seemed cheap, design only on front, fabric too thin. Requested a return which involved a series of emails back and forth between myself and funbibi 'customer service'. Their most recent email said that returns need to be sent back to China and the buyer bears the shipping cost, so they suggested that I accept a 10% discount coupon instead! The shipping label from my original purchase shows the company address is in California. I am furious! Shame on me for not checking funbibi.com reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. So many bad reviews and warnings from others having experienced this exact same thing. The kicker is that I discovered these pants are available on Amazon and if I'd purchased them from Amazon the return would have been hassle-free and cost-free. Oh, and the price is cheaper on Amazon.
At first I couldn't find how to delete my order from too many outfits. Sent an email for help and was quickly assisted with my order.My choices were for matching shirt and pant in the dragon style, so Awesome!My order was quickly completed and received confirmation.Looking forward to getting my order.Thank you, Michael
This company is a SCAM! The clothes I received from them are junk (faded spots, stains, too big, small or feel like wearing fiberglass) and they will not allow me to return them. They claim I have to send them to CHINA! Lying SOBs. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FUNBIBI! If I could I would give them a negative 100!
I did receive the items ordered. It took a few weeks. The thing was, the items were not as pictured nor as described. They were a print copy of the item on a material that was in my opinion inferior to what the item was supposed to be made with. I am disappointed as I would not wear this material.
The photos made it easy to choose my product. You had plenty of sizes and a size chart.The downside was there was a pop up that said if I provided my email I would get 50% off my first order. I provided my email and received the code ss10 which provided 10% off my order. I found this disappointing.
Just purchased the Koi art Pant and Shirt. Looks GREAT! There was a notice for a problem with my order, so I reordered. Just one shirt 👕 & one pant 🩳 please..! I did see another item in your inventory I couldn't find after I ordered. Do you still have the BLACK Women's one piece bathing suit 🩱 with the large graphic facs & red lips 👄. It looked AMAZING..!I want to send that along with your company site to her & my other family. I think they would like the products in your inventory. Would appreciate your prompt response, as it is still Summer 🏝️ & Labor Day is just around the corner 🌞 Thanx Bunches!
