I found it easy to place my order. The selection was really nice. I have been looking on other sites for similar shirts like the one that I purchased, but none of them seem to be quite the quality that this one is and the price was really reasonable. I’m hoping this shipping is as easy and quick as it was to purchase. I’m looking forward to wearing the shirt to a country concert I’m going to.
I should have read these reviews first. When I finally got the order, the merchandise was not as advertised. Most everything was listed as cotton or linen, and was CLEARLY cheap nylon. Images were cheaply stamped on and blurry. There is no way to get a refund. This company is a bad egg! RUN!
the purchasing process was simple and went smoothly. the images were helpful, the fields to fill in clear and efficient, the time spent reasonable. all that waits to be seen is if the delivery is likewise expeditious. assuming it will be (i hope it is) the whole experience will have been excellent.
The items on the website look gorgeous, unfortunately what actually shipped (took weeks to arrive) was not at all similar. The sizing and fit was not at all what was written/described, the shapes badly sewn, the material is not at all as depicted. For example, bought a "Fleece Cozy Patch Pocket Tunic" and the picture depicted a long sweater material looking thing with fluffy patches. Instead got what looked like someone took that picture, cropped it, zoomed in and printed it onto a thin polyester sheet in really low resolution. Would not recommend.
absolutely no customer service willing to help. ordered 2 shirts both too large, tried to return them but I got the run around. I wanted to exchange for 2 of the same shirts one size smaller. they said it would take too long to return to china, a pandemic (not epidemic). they offered me a 10% credit coupon, I said no then 15% credit and finally 25% credit coupon. I told them I wanted to return the shirts and I saw other reviews where the coupons are not honored. Haven't heard from the company in weeks.SCAM-RIPOFF-DISHONEST-CHEAP
BE WARNED. Anyone giving this company a good rating is being paid to do so! Bought a few things and when they arrived they were so cheaply made that I stopped even unwrapping them. Wanted to return them same day but they will not even answer emails - of course no phone. ITS A SCAM. Might as well throw money down the toliet. You have been warned.
