Faultless customer service. I acquired a Fusion5 Lapbook from a friend and developed a problem with it, so I contacted the company for assistance. To be honest, having not bought the Lapbook myself and registered it, I wasn’t expecting the level of service that I received.I spoke to one of their tech team via email and they explained to me exactly what to do, they even had extremely clear PDF guides to follow, which were a massive help. Even though I am not very tech savvy, they were extremely patient and nothing I asked was a problem. When I couldn’t solve the problem myself they even offered to log onto my Lapbook remotely to solve the problem. Fortunately I managed to solve the issue before this step was needed, but what a service!Even though I wasn’t the original purchaser of the Lapbook, their customer service and tech team went above and beyond to help me out. Other companies could take a leaf out of their book and learn exactly how to treat people. Even though it wasn’t originally my Lapbook, they treated me as a valued customer, and in future when needing any tech, I will definitely look to this company first.If I could give them 6 stars out of five I would.
