Tina showed great diligence and willingness to resolve my issue. I need a power supply for an older model of the Win22 tablet and she went out of her way to be sure I had the right part when I needed it!

From ordering two tablets , delivery was quick. Tablets fired up and worked well. The cases are sturdy and protect the tablet well.I did have a problem with one of the devices , after finally getting a response from Fusion the problem was resolved quickly, device sent off , repaired and sent back in around 1 week.I appreciated the follow up email from fusion also, which shows good customer service.

Second replacement power supply

The power supplies have the worst pins ever. In 40 years of being an IT geek I'm not sure i have EVER broken a pin on a power supply. Luckily their support is responsive via email and the new one shipped quickly. There have new power supplies so hopefully this one lasts!

I was bought this machine in September…

I was bought this machine in September as a birthday present, I can honestly say that this is the slowest machine I have ever worked with. I am currently trying to install Microsoft 365 and it has already taken 45 minutes 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Please consider another more competent machine unless you are doing no more than surfing the web. Any other tasks take far too long and are clunky and unachievable.
