I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I purchased an inflatable mattress that was faulty and kept going down. I contacted the company and was told to return the faulty item. I returned it to them via EVRI, I got confirmation that it was delivered and signed for. However, I am still waiting for my refund for this mattress and my postage expenses. I'd like to know where is my refund???? I've left messages but no reply. This company and it's customer service is utterly appalling, they should not be trading if this is the disgusting way they treat customers. I am now in the process of getting legal advice as they are not getting away with scamming genuine customers. AVOID AVOID.
I ordered a hedge trimmer but was sent a grass trimmer. I have twice been emailed labels to return the item but on both occasions the labels were wrong. Now I have to wait in at my flat to have the item collected. Hugely frustrating and inconvenient and all the fault of Futura ( my purchases via Amazon) Hoping it is collected on the date promised!
Terrible service – avoid at all costs."Next day delivery” turned into over a week late, with false promises, a “lost” parcel that magically reappeared, and a refund process designed to drag on for over a month. Plenty of better, more reliable companies out there. This is certainly not one of them.
Excellent service from Futura Direct even though we had trouble with the delivery of the original order by, would you believe it, that there evri!Contacted Amazon who I originally ordered it from ((and paid the money to) they said ‘nowt to do with us, it came direct from a company called Futura Direct’Hell, I thought, here I am getting the run around! so I contacted Futura Direct and received a phone call back within a couple of hours. I explained that evri had delivered the item ( in the first case) before the date I ordered it, had stated ‘ item handed direct to customer’ untrue! I had received no e mail stating delivery had been made and no photo of delivery point.Futura DID have a delivery photo which the chap sent me while I was still on the phone and it certainly showed my garden ( which is directly on the road side) but also in bright sunshine, yet the delivery time ( which had now changed on ‘ track my parcel’ as well as the statement that it had been handed direct to the customer), was for after ten o’clock at night and we don’t have full sunshine at that time in our neck of the woods!Spokes person for Futura told me not to worry and he would get a replacement order out immediately at no cost to me! This item arrived today ( again using evri for delivery) but with the usual, regular, evri driver who knocked on my door AND rang the doorbellWELL DONE FUTURA DIRECT
The worst company I've ever had to deal with do not use having a battle over a fire they sent out over 500 pound didn't work from day one won't give me a refund told me I have to get an electrician out and they will give me 25 pound what a joke
What can I say the customer service is impeccable. I purchased a leaf blower through Amazon in August 2024. Due to the blower function not working, all other functions worked perfectly I contacted futuradirect for advice. They responded within 24 hours and within 48 hours I had received a replacement. What a fantastic service. Not only that but the product is brilliant, no more sweeping leaves up, a life changer. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thanks again for your brilliant service.
FINALLY GOOD NEWSOn 24th of April I was finally contacted by them because of this review: apologies explanation etc. He said he'd asked internally why they hadn't offered me a 50% money back.I was offered 3 new panels or all my money back.I said 3 new panels wasn't an option anymore as at that very moment an electrician was installing them & cutting off plugs as it was a replacement for storage heaters: we just couldn't wait any longer. Doesn't look great with the damages etc but we'll get used to it like buying second hand stuff.So I accepted the money back offer meaning 3 free panels heaters: tbh that's generous!I've decided to move from 1 star to 3 stars: I think that's a fair assessment.The full refund was received today 28th April 2025: that's swift!---------‐--------Very disappointed in this company.I bought a panel heater a couple a years ago with no problems so this time I bought 3: a 2000w one and two 1500w ones.It arrived in 3 separate boxes. The packaging looked good and undamaged.Unfortunately als 3 panels had dents over them.The 2000w was seriously damaged.Some damage was strange as it was in the best protected area (polystyrene)It gave me the feeling I was the receiver of previous rejects.I complained by email and got a quick reaction asking for a collage photo. Send them a collage (6 photo's) with the damage on the 2000w. Since then total silence. I asked several times.... they just ignore me.What's the point of quickly asking for proof (27-3-2025) and then ignoring you?9 days sofar ... Day 16 ... Still no reply...Day 26.... total silence!
My daughter's heated throw stopped working after 14mths. I contacted the company who advised it was within the 2 yr warranty and offered to replace it free of charge and no delivery charge. They sent it out the same day and I received it the following day. I didn't even have to return the old one! That is FANTASTIC service and I would recommend them to anyone.
