Review Time
We bought a strimmer last year but struggled to get blades to fit and the " undercarriage " developed a small split next to the blade fitment. Once the company were aware and we sent photos they rocked into action, with emails saying a replacement was on its way. 2 days later we received not one but two replacement parts and a pack of blades. Fantastic service Futura Direct, can't praise you enough for speed and customer service.
Delivery was good and as advised. Tracking information was useful.The heater is very effective and great value for money.On the downside setting the "setbacks" is really difficult. It seems that setting the setback times you have to set the times at the particular time the setback starts and then set the number of hours. Why can't the times be set in advance? The manual is not very helpful nor is the YouTube page. In setting the days for "setbacks" Mon to Friday shows a "Green" indicator, yet Sat and Sun will not set. It would be far easier to call the "setbacks" program one and program 2. Reading the online YouTube comments suggests other people have the same problem in setting the times.
