Purchased a electric throw in November 2025, now in April 2026 it stopped working.
Emailed the seller and they said they would send me a replacement controler in the post, after only two days it arrived and it worked. Just wish all companies were as efficient and customer focused. Well done, will certainly be useing again.

I bought a panel heater from them which developed a fault after 16 months. I spoke to the customer services who promptly sent me an email with information needed from me. I promptly returned it and then received a new heater within 48 hrs no charge.
I bought a gracious gardens outdoor furniture on line from the range. Was advertised as heavy duty. I purchased to replace my previous furniture cover that only lasted for a couple of days before ripping. I was very disappointed when my order arrived today only to find that it was exactly the same item that had ripped previously and also a lot more expensive than the one I bought the first time.
Bought three programmable radiators. Instructions were absolutely useless. Two of us spent nearly an hour each trying to programme one radiator and failed. Message the seller via Amazon and asked for further / better instructions but no reply
Terrible company, bought a heater through Amazon which never arrived. Despite repeated requests to the seller for a replacement heater or a refund, all correspondence stopped. All emails from this company seem to be computer generated.Had to go through Amazon to get my money back, a problem they solved in 10 minutes..after 6 weeks of no progress with futura.Will not use again or recommend.
Good product, but broke within 2 year warranty, and have been unable to get hold of customer service either via email (multiple emails have gone unanswered) or phone (I get the option to leave a message when I ring during their open hours, but nobody picks up the phone). Extremely frustrating.
Ordered Futura branded 900w oil filled electric radiator. On removal from packaging it became evident it was leaking oil which went all over my cloths and carpet.Very difficult to contact customer services at Futura Direct. Eventually connected with service centre overseas who stated they have ordered a replacement radiator in 1 to 3 days. If this arrives on time and Futura Direct agree to compensate me the £100 pounds I have asked for the replacement of ruined clothes, then I will consider a better review.
Selling not fit for purpose outdoor furniture covers and customer aftercare non existent, bought 2 covers in the past from this scam of a company, 1st one lasted 8 months I gave them the benefit of doubt thinking possibly maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty one, 2nd one I bought lasted about 6 months and as just fell apart like the 1st one, I contacted this company and they have been absolutely useless no help whatsoever, their emails must be on loop as I kept getting the same response every time, stay clear of this company, they are cheap for a very very good reason.
