Complete scammers

Complete scammers. Bought what I thought was a light on a fb link. It wasn't, what it was is a subscription for 9.99 then 2 days later another payment of 6.99. They say I don't have a placed order and its a subscription you are buying not an item. All you will get is a headache having to email them and then contacting your bank to cancel a subscription. Avoid at all costs, customer support a joke.

I am receiving multiple requests to remove my negative reviews and then you'll refund me! My bank refunded me thanks because you are sly thieves duping people into buying a fake product but not stating this is a subscription knowing full well that most people won't read the small print! This is a follow up to a negative review.The company kindly contacted me and made me think perhaps I was wrong. My opinion was decided by other negative reviews I had read and in this day and age we are suspicious. Hopefully they are honest and any other experience is positive.
