I left a truthful, but bad, review a long time ago.
Now every two weeks without fail I receive an email from this company offering a financial incentive to remove my review or change to 5 stars.
Very dodgy company.

They have been asking me for a year to remove my original review. It seems they believe it's acceptable to withhold a refund until a negative review is deleted: "I just need the final confirmation required by our Payment Department: for your review to be deleted or updated."
I previously reviewed this company negatively due to unauthorized payment attempts. They have been offering me money to remove my review for over a year, which I declined. They have now reported me for 'defamatory remarks' while I have proof of their bribery attempts for a positive review. Avoid this company.
