Since putting up a review I have had none stop calls from this company asking for my bank details to refund my money if I change my review this company gets worse stay away do not have anything to do with this company robbed me of my money without permission Unbelievable
Disguised now as ourtruestyle.comI have not signed up for any membership but amounts of money keep being taken from my account. I can only think I must have bought something OR like a fool I signed up to free stuff.....yepI have called a customer service number +44 1174630837 and spoke with a person to cancel the said membership. And emailed supportatourtruestyle.com to tell them to delete all of my details and data.I will update just going to call my bank now.
It is illegal. I received a text mentioning that I had a parcel and that it was brought to my house, but I was not there. To have it redelivered, I was asked to pay £2. At the time, I was expecting a parcel, so I paid. However, it turned out that the payment was for a membership to your site, which I didn't realize until a few days later. I emailed to cancel my membership, but your site had already withdrawn some money from my account before I canceled it. This is not an honest way to obtain memberships, and I will be filing a complaint about this
My mum thought she was buying a Jo Malone advent calendar, it never arrived. Since November they have taken 44 pound every two weeks and the first payment was a 6 pound deliver charge. She was too embarrassed to say but realised what was happening. She is speaking with her bank now to cancel. So sad these businesses are scamming people every second of every day, the banks really should be able to stop theft faster,
