I placed an order April 16 apx its July 7th and finally they said UPS will deliver it tomorrow. Their tracking.number doesn't work tried it 10 times, their email comes back as.no.such person.Called them.told them they said it's on.my end.Same old bs story, don't buy anything from.them it's a scam.
Strongly suggest you purchase from another company that is reliable. Gainesville does not ship products in any timely fashion and the "in stock by" dates they list are not trustworthy. Many phone calls and emails to them. Answer is always "it should ship in the next week or so". Still Waiting.....
TODAY IS AUGUST 1. I ordered my items on June 11. My payment was received on June 14. As of Friday, JULY 28 (that is 6 weeks AFTER MY PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED!!!) I had not received my order. I called customer service who tried to "explain" the delay away... I got strident and demanded that my order be fulfilled. The rep assured me that she would prioritize it... we'll see. Here is the reality of this situation: This company, Gainesville Coins, DOES NOT HAVE IN STOCK in their warehouse THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. SO--- YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER, AND THEN THEY USE YOUR MONEY TO TRY TO LOCATE AND BUY THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
UPDATE: July 19, 2023... Still nothing. my three ordersMay 27, May 29, and Jun 24 are all not shipped. Same story. She actually said they have the coins but shipping guy is behind (who believes that)There website finally stopped putting the notice that it will be 3 weeks due to covid. I Imagine people are having some success pushing back on thatI get the feeling they will hold my order, Silver will go up in price a lot, and they will simply refund at that point. Then they just keep the silver and I won't be able to buy except at a much higher price.DO NOT BUY FROM GAINSVILLE COINS********************************************************************way past the shipping dates I was told. I was dollar cost averaging so I now have three orders stacked up with them. I became worried and called. Here is the response:We now have no estimated shipping dates. We also have stopped the order cancellations, but we guarantee you will receive your coinsI'm stuck and screwed. They are still taking orders too, with a three week estimation. I ordered from another online dealer on Jun 28 (also in Florida) and am already receiving my Coins on Jul 1st. Just 3 days from order to receipt.
