Review Time
Ordered a 3m awning yesterday, had trouble trying to pay. Got an email saying they'd taken £80 from my card, no order no or delivery given, Said I had 30 mins to order for next day delivery.Tried ringing them to chase it up but I don't have an order no. Going round and round in circles chasing it.
I ordered a gazebo after my old farmers market one had seen better days, as I trade on my own I wanted something easier and lighter . I was promised an amazing gazebo with a sprung action roof , lighter and easier. Last weekend 04/05/25) I decided to get the roof on with my daughter. The spring action on the roof did not do its job, the pull out pegs were very stiff as was the whole gazebo . I went and bought an easier, cheaper (£250) one for the next day trading. I asked to return this gazebo as it was not fit for purpose. The company took no interest in my return stating I have to sort it out myself and at my cost 😳As a company that sells gazebos I could not believe I could not return it through them, of course I expected to pay p&p . The gazebo weighs 40 kg and I had great difficulty in finding someone to return it . It’s cost me £150 to send it back, a huge loss for something that didn’t match up to their expectations They say they are the best, clearly not with such shocking aftercare areBe very careful when buying from this company, do some research first as I’m sure their are much better places who will be much more helpful
first class sales department, easily explained, and not pushy for a sale. have previous gala tent, and now upgrading size. perfect for what we require, and simple to erect quickly, and majority of the build can be done by 1 man, first class product. Gala tent organised a date to suit me for delivery, and was a great help. Nice simple delivery by courior.
