She was really helpful and guided me to the parts I needed can’t fault her customer service in any way parts came next day which was amazing. Would highly recommend gala tents not just for their quality product but their customer service is outstanding
Always a great company to buy from! I’ve been ordering for over 2 years and they’ve always got time for customers when you need to speak to them but ordering online is also really easy. I’ve recently had an issue with a product and they’ve sent out a new one for me straight away! Will continue to order from here as long as my business is still running
I purchased a 4M x 6M PE marquee 5 years ago which we used without any issues at all on more than 10 occasions over the years. I've now passed this marquee onto my son and purchased a PVC version.Have used this marquee over Xmas in our back garden for family get together's. Has to be said, its AWESOME. This is a quality product.
