We've used Gala Tent before so it was important to us that we came back to you for continuity. On speaking with the team they understood what we were looking for regarding the changes we had to make to our logo and the deadline we were up against for our event at the end of June. Michael made the process easy regarding the technology with it being on line and appreciated that I was not the most tech savvy person. The suggestions made by Michael regarding the layout made a difference to the look of our gazebo and flags.Excellent service from start to finish.
I've known about Gala for a long time and know how good their build quality is compared to other companies. I've finally been in a position to acquire a new gazebo, with just a couple of weeks before my next event, and Gala came to mind. I spent a few days browsing the site, then requested a 'call back' as I was stuck on my decision between various options. I was swiftly contacted by Mark on the phone, who was able to helpfully answer all my questions and send across all the info I needed. He sent my order across via email, which I paid for and the next day my order was delivered...which is exceptional considering Gala are based down in England and I am based on the edge of the Scottish Highlands! The whole process was fantastic and stress-free. I will definitely be returning when I need additional items. Thanks guys!
