Purchased a 3x4.5 gazebo top of the range. I have had it 17 months used for approximately 5 months last year and after that the back wall stitching had come undone but the had it repaired under warranty no problem. Got the gazebo out this week to use and it had big split in the canopy. Spoke to customer service sent photos and was told it could not be repaired or replaced under warranty. The reason for the split was explained it was due to the UV that’s has weakened the material and that’s why it’s split and weak the only way round it was to buy a new one and the would give me 10% discount of a new one but it still cost me £138. The frame seems to be very good quality but it does question the longevity of the materials used.
Purchased 4mx4 Elite marquee .Customer experience exellent Frame good and strong.PVC good quality.THE LET DOWN!With the full marquee erected including sides after Dutch lacing and velcroing together it is impossible to attach corner post and center post covers neatly.Yes you can peg to the ground but they'll just flap in the wind and eventually twist out.Message from customer service was they are essentially to be used without sides attached.Hence post covers?That to me is a design disaster.Post covers that can't be securely attached neatly when the sides are on.There's better designs out there where the covers fit with velcro and their less money.Sorry Gala thats a poor show unless I've missed something .Cost of unit £700
