Sorry, I have been very tardy in writing this review, I have hard my 3x3 Gazebo for quite a few years now. The build quality is excellent and the canopies are great. They stand up to a lot of wind but nobody could ever expect them to withstand some of the winds that mine has been subjected to, not completely because I'm an idiot but certainly that has something to do with it! I've been away when 70+ mph winds have been coming and usually speaking dropping the canopy down beforehand and they'll survive. To be extra fair to Gala I think the canopy itself would have survived (as did the frame) but the tree that it blew into had other ideas. The replacement canopy fitted perfectly, and you can feel the quality. An A1 product at a reasonable price. Cheers.
As a customer with Gallatin for the last 10 years each and every year I order at least one or two gazebos I must say in 2025 I have messed the most kindest customer service representative Mrs Julie yes the surface and response was extremely satisfactory and I would continue to recommend all of my friends that is in the Festival trade to make sure and Shop with Gallatin I have absolutely no complaints a job very well done to the whole team

Purchased a 3x4.5 gazebo top of the range. I have had it 17 months used for approximately 5 months last year and after that the back wall stitching had come undone but the had it repaired under warranty no problem. Got the gazebo out this week to use and it had big split in the canopy. Spoke to customer service sent photos and was told it could not be repaired or replaced under warranty. The reason for the split was explained it was due to the UV that’s has weakened the material and that’s why it’s split and weak the only way round it was to buy a new one and the would give me 10% discount of a new one but it still cost me £138. The frame seems to be very good quality but it does question the longevity of the materials used.
