Update: the controller isn't working, and same goes for support.

Generally really good, support is reasonable responsive, and even though the controllers aren't super stable (in terms of battery life and bugs sometimes) they overall work really nice, with amazing joysticks, and even though it has a lot of compromises, the price would make you expect much more compromise then there is.And you can't really complain when you can come it for 40-60$Well, update, the issues are back, and drive I got the controller as a gift, and didn't purchase it myself, no matter how much video proof of me having it, including the serial number and stuff, they aren't willing to send me a working controller replacement, since I can't send them a screenshot of the purchase details, which of course I don't have, SINCE I DIDN'T PURCHASE IT.In short, the devices can get buggy, and they aren't very reliable in terms of helping with that.

I had an issue with a G7 Pro Wuchang controller I recently purchased from the official website store, but the controller came with an issue of something rattling from within even though the control was perfectly operational and functional. I contacted customer service for this annoying rattling situation and I'm just gonna say... I was blown away from their response. They resolved the issue 100% effectively and quickly! They are exceptional! Their controller and their services will not disappoint! Gamesir Brand is THE BEST!

Great customer service and controller quality

A few months ago I bought 4 controllers 2 Super Novas, and 2 Nova 2 Lites. These controllers have worked wonderfully and are cheap and reliable and you can really feel the quality. One of my Super Nova controllers had an issue where it would stop sending inputs after a few seconds and when I went to support it took them less than 30min to help me get my issue resolved via discord. I've been recommending GameSir to everyone that talks about new controllers cause you really can't get an experience where the controllers aren't overpriced and the support wants to help and cares about their customers.

I have 2 GameSir controllers

I have 2 GameSir controllers, the Nova 2 lite, and the Cyclone 2. Coming from an XBOX controller the difference is night and day. Th Hall Effect sticks on the Nova 2 Lite are amazing, very solid contender for best budget. Then I have the Cyclone 2 with TMR sticks, all I can say is WOW every button feels like a mouse click. I recommend both of these models to anyone looking for better .- BP420

Bought a controller from them and it was great! Unfortunately one of the triggers broke and I had it replaced via warranty. They honored it and quickly sent me a replacement without issue.Definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a controller.
