Amazing company, controllers are brilliant, the customer service is super helpful, needed help and used discords help and support and the best of help ever all professional and friendly team, well most definitely be heading over to upgrade and purchase a pro controller in the near future. Great Support and Replacement for Defects

I purchased a top end special edition Gamesir G7 Pro controller back in October 2025. The product arrived with a battery charging issue which did not let me use it wirelessly which was one of its capabilities.When I reached out to the Gamesir support team on Discord, they immediately ran me through the process to try to reset it and reinstall drivers in case there was any error in that aspect. But the issue seemed to be more hardware-related. The technician who helped me asked me to send him some videos showing the issue and immediately placed an order for a new repalcement.I am happy to say that I received my new controller last week and it works great! Highly recommend Gamesir for good quality product and great support!

Discord is the Way

The Company uses discord as a form of live customer chat which although may be a limitation for those who don't have it the service on there is amazing as it's half customer service and half a community for helping solve issues.

Unmatched support

I got the Cyclone 2 on December 9th, 2024, and the controller’s R3 button stopped working when using it in Xinput mode.Although I was a bit disappointed by this, the support team on Discord (Robin and Cyfer) were tireless.Even though none of the troubleshooting steps worked, I could tell they did everything possible to help me. Their support is truly unmatched.Despite the issue, I’ll continue supporting this company because they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.Thank you again, Robin and Cyfer

Amazing Support

I bought a controller from Gamesir recently and I Loved it unfortunately i had a issue and i had to contact their support team and i kid you not they've had one of the best customer services Ive seen in a WHILE, the experience was so fast too and they even offered to replace the controller that was defective. 10/10 in my opinion.
