I received my controller 8 days earlier than expected - right on my birthday (August 18), which made it extra special. The community and the GameSir staff were welcoming, courteous, and sometimes even funny. If you ever need support, theirIn my case, I didn't even need help: my controller works perfectly and I have no regrets about my purchase. Amazing controllers, espescially high end ones like the g7 pro. If your controller has the slighest problem, the customer support is awesome and there will be no problems whatsoever! Fast shipping too, everything is great! Controller build seems solid too, altough i never dropped it or anything else so i cant say that with certainty.
Amazing company. I had a controller that was giving me issues and someone called GameSir_robin was an amazing help. After he realized that nothing could be done for this controller he sent me a new one on the spot. Overall amazing company with awesome staff and best controllers I’ve ever used. These people deserve the best fans with all the love and money the world can give.
I asked for help and they replied within the span of 5-10 minutes at 2 something in the morning! Help was professional and helping me with trouble shooting the problem. I did not feel that they were writing me off at all, and that they were genuinely trying to help me. I appreciate the help so much and would recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a new controller!
G7 Pro is Hands down the best controller i’ve ever purchased an most reasonable since it’s only 80$. Tmr sticks feel awesome , grips have stayed grippy , really good responsive time especially on console u can see the difference compared to a normal controller and the app lets you do so many things with this controller it’s unbelievable the amount of things it has to offer. Great company , an amazing customer service as well . i reached out to them on discord about my controller i was having problems with and a staff member named Robin helped me right away with the issue and sent me another controller. overall the best experience ive had from a company nobody is gonna regret buying from gamesir - tw2st
