although the controller I purchased had…

although the controller I purchased had some defects, the support team at gamesir were very helpful and able to send me a new one. If it wasnt for this issue the g7 pro would be a 5 star controller especially for its price. I've had scuff controllers , elite , nagashock, and battle beaver, but gamesir blows them out the water. once they fix the little minor defects they will take over.
