Don't hesitate, just get these controllers!

If you're considering a purchase, just go for it! These controllers are fantastic. My first one had no stick drift, and when I reported an issue, the support team promptly sent me a replacement under warranty. My current controller is the Kaleid, and it's incredible—no stick drift, even after drops. It's also durable with customizable lights. I'm already excited about getting a third controller, the G7 Pro, which I anticipate will be just as amazing. In short, these controllers are unique, highly customizable, and the customer service is excellent.

Great controller with responsive support

I bought a G7 Pro controller and had to replace it three times through the retailer. Eventually, I contacted the support team, and they responded in under an hour, providing a tracking link for a replacement. Excellent support! The controller has a solid feel (aside from the initial issue) and is very sturdy. The charging dock is a fantastic bonus, especially for the price. I would definitely consider purchasing from this company again.

Experience with a recent purchase

I bought a gaming controller and within a month, the right trigger became erratic and stopped registering. I attempted to contact the support team via email but didn't get a response. I then used a messaging platform to show them a video of the problem along with the required details, and they promptly sent a replacement. I do wish communication could be done through email instead of the messaging platform, as it has a bit of a learning curve, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, the issue was resolved, and I would consider purchasing again.

Finally Found the Perfect Controller

I've tried many pro controllers and never found one that worked well or felt comfortable. I pre-ordered the G7 Pro and waited about two months for it to arrive due to high demand. It's one of the best controllers I've ever used, if not the best. The support team is outstanding; during a tough time when I couldn't afford an Xbox, they provided me with a code so I could still enjoy gaming over the holidays.
