Good products with fair prices

I ordered the G7 pro controller, thumb grips and a face plate. I am very happy with my purchases. The price is much better than other gaming company’s products with the same if not better features provided in a controller. Also i received my delivery within 2 week which was great considering they shipped each order for free straight from China.

10/10 Customer Support.

Never had such an amazing customer support experience with any controller company like gamesir. Robin was very professional and took my concerns very seriously when i was having some controller problems and guided me through everything very efficiently. I was a hardcore razer fan for years but I don’t think i can ever go back now considering how helpful the staff is compared to razer.

Stay away…they dont care about there customers

I recently purchased the g7 pro to receive it broken...there is no customer support team that i can get ahold of...So if you purchase a controller and you receive it broken dont expect to hear from them when you email them...I wouldn't purchase from them stay awayPoor business and customer service

Be careful when ordering from their website. I ordered a controller a week ago that was in stock online and have had 0 updates from them since. The customer support don't seem too bothered to answer emails either.
