Amazing Controller and Customer Service!

I decided to stop buying cheap 3rd party controllers and decided to pick up one of their Cyclone 2 controllers, and it has been a pleasure to use. All of the buttons and sticks feel very responsive. I had an issue with my controllers gyro functionality, and the customer support helpers in the discord were able to help me issue a free replacement with my warranty that took maybe 15 minutes in all. Very professional!
