Unfortunately when I opened this gift…

Unfortunately when I opened this gift for my dog it wouldn't work, I have tried to take the batteries out to see if that was the issue but the screw won't turn so I can remove the cover to change the batteries so all in all I am extremely disappointed with this purchase
