Review Time
I visited the establishment recently and was quite disappointed. The place was extremely dirty with stains on the floor and food scraps scattered on the seats. Additionally, the staff were not very courteous and didn’t even offer a smile during service. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and certainly did not meet my expectations.
I arrived at 18:23 on 02/01/26 to grab a coffee. After placing my order, I was informed that they would be closing in just 3 minutes and I couldn't stay inside. I wasn't asked whether I wanted to dine in or take out; a little courtesy and information would have been appreciated. The staff member seemed quite unfriendly, and despite my attempts to lighten the mood, her expression remained unchanged. I'm not sure I'll be coming back anytime soon! Now, I'm sitting in my car enjoying my latte.
The staff member at the coffee shop was charming and provided excellent service. They remembered to add my cinnamon on top of my Coconut Chia latte, which was served hot just how I like it. It's refreshing to be greeted with a friendly smile at the counter.

I ordered 4 drinks totaling over £35, but 3 of them were wrong. I requested an iced white mocha but received a regular mocha instead. I also ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade, but it came without the lemonade, and the same issue occurred with a lime refresher. It seems they can't process refunds because of the delivery service, and they claim the pictures don't meet the criteria. It's frustrating, especially when it's just lemonade that's missing. The iced white mocha was also not the right color. This is unacceptable.
Our car broke down on Christmas Day at a service area, and the staff at the drive-through were incredible. They assisted my wife after she had a medical episode and allowed us to stay warm until help arrived. We did purchase coffee, which was nice, but we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff there.
At the coffee shop within a retail store, the supervisor refused to accept my partner's student ID for the student discount, despite it being accepted in the past. She insisted that the app was the only valid option. We didn't have time to download it during our quick lunch break. With all the signage, the coffee shop should clearly communicate their ID policy. Normally, our experiences here are pleasant, but the supervisor's abruptness left us feeling embarrassed in a busy holiday queue.
We visited the coffee shop today and purchased drinks, only to be informed just before closing that the restrooms were off-limits because they had been cleaned. It was 5:53 PM, and my daughter needed to change her six-week-old baby. It's unreasonable to deny restroom access when drinks are still being sold. I plan to escalate this complaint further.
