They put a false call for £3.52 on my Phone bill.Avoid having anything to do with these scammers

They are thief’s and scammers

They are thief’s and scammers. Service is terrible and their call center is somewhere overseas so good luck resolving anything. I traded in my phone and was to receive trade in credit for 24 months, they only did 4 months and silly of me I didn’t realize it. After realizing this, and hours on the phone with their overseas call center, they have no records of my trade in and have stopped giving me any credit of any sort for a phone I traded in during a promotion. I was promised $800 over my contract which was sneakily a 36month contract without discussion or disclosure of such. They pray on people, do yourself a favor and use anyone else.

If there was a zero I'd rate GCI a zero.

If there was a zero I'd rate GCI just that. They are a company that doesn't honor their word. Bad business. Have a credit on my acct & they will just let it sit there till he'll freezes over or if I stop auto pay. Bad bad business. Again-GCI is not a company that you can trust. They show it in the quality of their customer service

The absolute worst company

The absolute worst company. Poor service, they make it really difficult to discontinue service then will continue to charge you, fail to notify you of the charges and send small piddly amounts owned to a debt collector (one which doesn’t have a working online payment platform). This company is a fossil and unethical.

Horrible

Horrible. Been with them for 10 years and never used to be this bad. Can't get anywhere with tech support after 2 months of chronic issues and dozens of calls to them. Their reps are nice but the service and resolution to problems..well..it simply doesn't exist.

GCI should be investigated for fraud.

I've used GCI for about 3 years now. GCI is borderline a monopoly, and should be investigated for how they blatantly throttle internet speeds if you have any plan but their most expensive. The only plan they offer with unlimited data is also the only plan with decent speeds, and it's close to $200. Any cheaper plan, and they limit high speed data to ridiculous amounts, and your speeds slow to barely 5mbps download. They're also the only company in Alaska with decent speeds, making them the only real option if you want internet speeds fast enough to do anything other than basic web use and low quality videos. Even with their most expensive plan, their internet and speeds are unreliable. They go down frequently, and speeds are extremely relative, especially if you're using multiple devices. If money isn't an issue, buy their best plan, because it's the fastest internet out here. Just don't expect anything amazing. Their cheaper plans shouldn't even exist with the speeds they give you. Good luck.

The inefficiency is mind-boggling

The inefficiency is mind-boggling. I've spoken to at least 10 different people in the past two months and the issue is still not resolved. Either they are totally inept are so freaking rude I can not stay on the phone and have a conversation with them. Today has been the ultimate in foolery.

Very helpful z0r ya capITal with refund.

I will not advocate that the public invest here. Withdrawal is rarely executed. After achieving what appeared impossible with swap safety. I was ultimately able to withdraw whatever I had here, and all of my unexplained losses were also reimbursed.

SOOOOOOOOOO BAD YOU WONT BELIEVE IT UNTIL YOU EXPERIENCE IT

If there is any other service available to you use that before them, seriously go to dial up and landlines rather than use their internet and mobile service. I’ve lived in China, Australia, uk, amoung other places and these are the single worst providers i have ever come across. There just aren’t words to describe how bad they are. If they didn’t have almost a monopoly up here they would go out of business inside a week.

GCI NASSTAR AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GCI NASSTAR - Without doubt the worst IT service provider I have ever had the misfortune to have had to work with in over 25 years of being an IT Manager. Unfortunately I inherited a legacy contract in a new role.The account managers will literally lie to your face then get swapped out when you complain, they are non responsive, will actively charge for services not being provided with no duty of care and exiting is like pulling teeth out. Zero IT knowledge, all outsourced support.Avoid at all costs there are no good people here.
