Review Time
We bought the Norsberg sofa and received it less than a month ago. It is already sinking where we sit and doesn't recover it's shape. Before that we had a cheap sofa from IKEA for 7 years and that never happened... I thought we were buying quality furniture, apparently not. And customer service say it's normal (really??) and to fluff it up. Never again

Bought a table in the store and had to provide my e-mail address as part of the purchase and since then the following has happened:- mails at least once a day from Ilva completely swamping my inbox, I have no idea anymore which mails are important and which mails are spam/promotions. I've never given consent for any emails unrelated to the purchase but that doesn't seem to stop Ilva.- the Ilva unsibscribe page goes into some kind of infinite reloading loop making it impossible for me to unsubscribe- passed my email adres to trustpilot without my knowledge or consentWhole thing feels very scammy and cheapUpdate: They contacted me after this review stating that they had removed my email from the mailing list and with the message that it would mean a lot of I could update my review to reflect the new experience. I've changed it to 3*. I'm glad I'm not getting spammed anymore but still think it's a huge red flag to use the email adres given for a purchase in this way.
The overall experience from enquiry until the delivery was superb. I visited couple of shops but the amazing experience I got at Ilva made me buy the furniture from here.- During my first visit for enquiry about sofas, the sales person helped me very well. He answered each and every question right from the product range, durability, quality of cushion, fabric, maintenance eyc. and all tiny little questions...- I visited thrice to enquire about different aspects of sofa. Also once with my family. Every time the sales person handled & answered all our questions politely and gentelly. Giving all the possible info to us.- lastly the delivery of item was absolutely on the promised day despite of bad weather...All in all, every step I felt I had the right support to make me feel my decision was absolutely correct to deal with ILVA.Thanks team for making the experience wonderful
The salesperson at the store was very friendly and explained everything. He processed the order quickly and accommodated our schedule. Delivery was on time. I can't comment on the convenience yet, as I've only been testing it for three days. It was a bit of a stretch at first, but it's now very convenient and comfortable.
