I was charged €207 (USD 329) for what was presented as a monthly subscription, supposedly billed on a monthly basis.I exercised my right of withdrawal within the 15-day period, in accordance with European regulations, and requested a refund. This request was refused without any valid justification. Since then, I have received no response to my complaints. Worse still, the service was suspended on my Genspark account even though the payment was fully processed. This is unacceptable. No transparency. Non-existent customer support. I strongly advise against this company. SHAMMMMM an VERY BIG SCAMMMM

Shockingly poor

Shocking, spends ages create an ok template that is full or errors, wont let yuou edit unless you pay a fortune, you pay and it doesnt let you export... This site should AI itself out of existance. Total scam

No good for education use

I signed up for a year to see what it was like and after a few days it was clear it was useless for Education use and I asked for a refund. They claimed there policy was 72 hours only for refunds in the UK? No according to UK laws on refunds and a cooling off period, do not use this platform, breaking UK law!!!

Paid annual plan unusable due to login restrictions and no support solution

We purchased an annual paid plan intending to use the service in a corporate environment. However, the account was created using Google login, and due to company security policies, personal Google accounts cannot be shared with team members.After contacting support, we were informed that it is not possible to change the login method, merge accounts, create an alternative account, or transfer credits, which makes the service completely unusable for its intended business purpose.At no point during the purchase process was it clearly stated that the login method would be permanent and non-transferable, nor that no alternative solution would be offered for paid business users.Despite having paid for a full annual subscription, no reasonable resolution or refund was offered. This situation reflects poor flexibility and lack of support for paying customers, especially those using the tool professionally.I hope the company reviews this case and provides a fair solution, such as a refund or reissuing the license under a corporate account.

GenSpark is designed to gouge customers £££

I used GenSpark to create apps but found that it continually created issues and mistakes in my builds to force me to use additional credits to rectify the issues. No matter how precise the instructions you give the AI, it will do everything it can to charge you extra credits. It refuses to follow instructions and regularly deleted your work forcing you to restart and pay again. I've now deleted my account and will not use again

Not worth it, expensive AI slop

Typical AI slop that's just design to get you to burn tokens. They bait you with a demo but when you pay and actually try the features, you quickly realize the low quality. AI slides for example, can't even follow simple formatting rules. If you try to export the entire formatting get's jumbled up so you're better off just doing it yourself. Customer service of course completely useless, typical "sorry there's nothing we can do" responses. Save yourself the money and hassle.

I was super excited about this software…

I was super excited about this software as everything is in one place - however...in my opinion it's very frustrating. The clipping and video tools are terrible which are what I primarily signed up for. for example it randomly transcribed a English speaker clip to Welsh subtitles? I used the document section to populate a set of documents which wasn't too bad, but still took ages to set up the template. It feels clunky as it spends a lot of time "thinking" and then getting it wrong. I ended up in Canva and Clip-Opus. Frustrating software. Sorry Genspark it's a 1 from me.

I'm floored at their stupidity

I'm floored at their stupidity. I paid for an account and within 5 hours wanted to change my login, that's it, and they refused. This is stupidity at it's worse. I might even call it a scam. DO NOT fall for their garbage!
