GDK Bridgwater, absolutely awful first and definitely last experience. The restaurant obviously are not capable of checking the orders before being sent out. Combine that with poor customer service and poor language skills I was left wondering why I even bothered in the first place. All I can say is never ever again!!
Unbelievable bad 👎 experience with just opened GDK in Crawley... one order for 3 of us was divided in 3 . After 15 min waiting one part was ready... not even hot just warm after another 5 min another part and after asking very rude staff what about my part I was told they are not trained to go to kitchen and will get my Boss Box ASAP... 5 min later I get it...cold...really cold... I was in few GDK in UK and Europe but this one was one of my worst experiences in any food place i ever been...
I visited German Donner in Sutton Coldfield today, the food was lovely, but what really stood out was the kindness of a staff member around 4pm. I had been upset earlier, and he quietly placed some extra tissues in front of me without saying a word, showing genuine empathy. Small gestures like this are rare, and it made a big difference. Great food is even better when the staff are thoughtful and compassionate.
Delivery turned up late and cold with missing item, also not the first time this has happened. The Delivery driver did not seem to care and was talking on his phone to a friend I use this store a lot and do still want to use it,but the last several experiences has put me off somewhat. Mark
