The restaurant has given my food to someone else when I ordered the food by their app also restaurant refused to refund my full money - Is this happening in UK???.... Shame....!This has happened in store "111 High St N, London E6 1HZ", the store staff CONFIRMED that someone has come said my name, order number and showed them the same. Is this app is safe as how someone knows my name and ORDER number as well and showed it staff as well, be careful everyone.
The accuracy and the temperature of our orders were fantastic, the employees were very interactive and very kind and patient, however the tidiness of the tables are suggested to be maintained. Overall, This is a very good restaurant as it is very good.
Having bought the doner boxes a couple of times in the past and was happy with the portions and quality I decided to order chicken doner kebab with fries and salad from GDK Sutton recently . Big mistake. Things have gone downhill. There was so much salad on top hiding the fact that there was very little chicken or fries . If I wanted a salad box that’s what I would have ordered or better still made it myself . Will definitely not be buying anything from GDK in the future
I ordered a donner/chicken kebab plus sized last night. With add ones £14-15 , what I received was a ground minced doner and chicken with salad. The meat was non existent it was all onion and red cabbage , the chicken must have hidden somewhere. It was awful overpriced and extremely poor quality. I will never use them again and advise anyone to steer clear.
